Could you help with suggestions for a possible thesis statement for "How far should the government go to reduce the likelihood of terrorism on American soil?" I believe that they should do whatever they need to within ethical parameters of course. I will be talking about Cybersecurity, Electronic Surveillance, and Detecting and preventing biological, radiological, and nuclear threats. Any help would be great!
