1. Select a well known leader.
2. Find at least 3 sources which discuss this leader.
3. In your paper, explain in sufficient detail:
   1. Identify the leader and how he or she became a leader.
   2. Why is this person considered a leader?
   3. What characteristics or traits does this leader have?
   4. How do they use power?
   5. Which leadership theory do they seem to embody and why?
   6. What lessons can we learn from this leader?
   7. What conflicts or difficulties did this person lead through?
   8. Would this person be a leader in a different situation?

Guidelines 

• Length: Paper should be 5-6 pages in length and properly cited using APA style. Paper should include a minimum of 3 sources.
• Format: Follow correct APA Style and include all required components. At least one of your sources needs to be an academic source.
