Instructions:

• Review and select one of the case studies in the assignment resources to complete this assignment.
• Select one of the 13 case studies provided to create a flow chart. Use a different case study than the one you used for Unit 1 Assignment 2.
• Using the information from the case study, create a process map using either a process diagram or a flow chart of the EHR implementation steps that were followed. Be sure to use appropriate chart symbols.
• Identify an area where improvement may have been made if the steps were in a different order. Create a new process map or flow chart using the new order.
• Develop a short summary (about 300 words) as to why you think this change would make a difference.
• Submit your two process maps or flowcharts along with the summary for grading.
