In this assignment, explain the importance of planning, organization, staffing, directing, and controlling for effective business management. Share your own experiences tied to management skills, principles, and strategies you have implemented that have or have not worked in your past or current careers. If you do not have any experience tied to management skills, address what you like to see in managers who you have worked for in the past. Your essay submission must be at least two pages in length.
