What is a juvenile waiver? Provide your position on juvenile waivers. Should these be used to transfer juvenile cases to adult courts? Why, or why not? If yes, under what circumstances? Can you think of a juvenile who was waived, but should not have been? Can you think of a juvenile who should have been waived? Should all states follow the same guidelines for waivers? What are the negative influences that may occur when a juvenile is transferred to an adult court and sentenced as an adult.  Please share your thoughts.
