Watch a sitcom that includes issues of social class; you can watch on television or online. After watching it, discuss the following: Which social classes are portrayed? How are they portrayed? What avenues do the characters have for upward mobility? Will it be inter- or intra-generational? Do you believe the portrayals match what we know about social classes in America? Why, or why not?
