Urgent Paper- Should the Family and Medical Leave Act be changed.
Thesis Statement-
Should the Family and Medical Leave Act be changed? The reason I chose this topic is because many workers are not aware of their rights as stipulated by the Family and Medical Leave Act and they end up not enjoying this right to be with their families and care for them (Glynn 2013). The FMLA offers workers unpaid leaves due to family related issues and employers are supposed to allow their employees to utilize this benefit. The Family and Medical Leave Act should not be changed but rather workers should be educated on its provisions to make it more efficient (A better balance 2016).
This paper should specifically be related to the solution to problems and advanatages of FMLA. Each question below NEED to be addressed.
