I have an online physics UT quest thing due tomorrow and I'm stuck on this particular question. I have 7 tries to get it right, I used 3 and am scared to use more without right answer for sure b/c every time I answer wrong it deducts points from the maximum of 10 points per question. Please help I have been stuck since yesterday.
A 1400 kg car moves along a horizontal road at speed v0 = 25.2 m/s. The road is wet,so the static friction coefficient between thetires and the road is only µs = 0.175 andthe kinetic friction coefficient is even lower,µk = 0.1225.The acceleration of gravity is 9.8 m/s2.What is the shortest possible stopping distancefor the car under such conditions? Useg = 9.8 m/s2and neglect the reaction time ofthe driver.Answer in units of m.
I have done the first 15 questions and the 20th question there are 32 total. If anyone can help with the remaining questions, please do so.
