Assignment Details

This week, you learned about the development and growth of organizations. As part of organizational growth often comes change. Discuss the following:

• Using what you have learned this week, discuss a personal example in which change challenged you in the workplace. How would an understanding of organizational development and growth have changed your approach to the situation?

Your initial response should be a minimum of 250 words and should include a brief presentation. Respond to a minimum of 2 of your classmates in a substantive manner to encourage additional discussion.
