White collar crime can be a number of crimes but white collar crime is a crime that deals with fraud, or financial gain. Like âembezzlement, tax evasion, and money laundering.â (Criminal.findlaw.com/criminal-charges/white-collar-crime). White collar crime gets its name from and individuals who commit financial fraud, that include business managers, fund managers, and executives and a person who commit a white collar crime will go to prison and face steep fines.
