Based on your Week 4 discussions one and two, review Critical Path Critical Path Method (CPM)

When Responding with your initial post;

1. Draw a project network that includes all the activities.

2. Calculate and discuss the start and finish times for each activity and determine the minimum number of weeks for completing the project.

When replying to another students initial post

1. Find and discuss the activities that are on the critical path for completing the project in the shortest time.
2. Identify and discuss slack in the activities not on the project critical path.
