Identify the changing ethnic, racial, gender, and lifestyle composition of criminal justice agencies in the United States.

Identify the challenges in recruitment of women and minorities in the criminal justice profession.

Purpose:  It is important to understand the changes to and challenges of criminal justice in order to make a viable plan for the future.
