Overview

The author of our text has the (simplistic) point of view that all small businesses should be a Limited Liability Corporation (LLC) or S-Corporation and not a Sole-Proprietorship or Partnership. He also draws a distinction between being an Entrepreneur and Small Business Owner—once you open up your business for operation you are no longer an Entrepreneur, you are now a manager and need to run the business.
