 In my opinion, the most difficult part of budgeting for a project is the planning. The planning to me is the hardest because it is the framework of how everything has to be executed. The planning stage consists of cost estimates, scheduling, budget determination, and countless of other responsibilities. In this stage, the idea of the project is to come to life on paper. Stakeholders are presented with figures showing what you think your project will require and as well how much time and material will be used. In the planning stage, one has to set a foundation showing realistically how the project can be accomplished and why it should be accomplished. The planning requires weeks on hand to be completed. One must be very critical in the numbers they come up with and the scenarios they present as an example. The planning is the most difficult to me because it entails one to be critical of their work and is very time consuming. Correct planning can make or break a projects succession.
