The Five Models of Teaching are discussed at length in your readings. Talk to at least three teachers in your building to determine the extent of their use of one or more of these models in their classrooms.

• As you look at their responses, which model or models were used most?
• What would you like to see change if you were the building leader?
• How would you set about to change the way teachers look at the Five Models?
