Week 6 Discussion "Juvenile Waivers"

Provide your position on juvenile waivers. Should these be used to try juveniles in adult courts? Why, or why not? If yes, under what circumstances? Can you think of a juvenile who was waived, but should not have been? Can you think of a juvenile who should have been waived? Also, should all states follow the same guidelines for waivers? Why, or why not?
