What are some of the interesting research topics relating to finance for final year project?

What are some of the interesting research topics relating to finance for final year project? 

I'm currently formulate a good research title/ topic for undergraduate FYP. I need to submit title soon but don't have any clue yet. 

Requirements:  Quantitative research, not qualitative research or survey research.

lecturers said we are not allowed to choose topic relating to crisis, capital structure, merger

This is the scopes of field that I can choose: Corporate finance, investment, stock market, corporate governance, Real estate Finance, International finance, Derivative market, Banking and finance, Behavioural finance, firm's performace, organization credibility, firm's financial modelling

Please help me........
