What did the New Jersey Plan suggest?

A unicameral legislature with equal representation for all states.

This was the opposition offered against the Virginia Plan, which wanted a bicameral legislature with both houses' representatives based on state population.

This would've given larger states an unfair advantage, and smaller states (like New Jersey) disagreed.
