What is the difference between a conglomerate and a breccia?

Conglomerates are formed by flowing water where clasts are generally greater than 2mm in diameter and range up to cobble size grains. Grains typically show some rounding due to the water transport.

Breccias are made up of rock fragments cemented together. The fragments are typically more angular.
