What is the difference between homologous and analogous traits?

Hologous organs have same origin but different functions, analogous organs have different origin but same functio.

1. Homologous Organs-The homologous organs have same origin but differ on the basis of their functions. The wings of bat and forelimbs of cow have same origin, but functions of these organs differ. One helps walking, while other fly.
2. Analogous Organs-The analogous organs perform same function but differ on the basis of their functions. The wings of butter flies and birds perform same function, but both organs have same function. Thank You.
