1-Where is the irony (if any) in Wheatley's conversion to Christianity?

2-Did Jefferson pass the buck to the British? In regards to who was to blame for the crimes against the slaves? How would our history be different maybe) if Jefferson took responsibility accordingly?

3- Equiana had the worst experience of his life when he was brought to the coast as a slave, Was the people's behavior on the coast towards the slaves necessary to handle the slaves properly? and to avoid any harm to themselves? or was it just a mindset?

4- The concept Jefferson had was that all humans are made equal/should be treated equal... Does this concept still follow the modern era? Is blaming the Govt/King for the low-level issues the best way to handle such matters?

 this is just a opinionated question I need answered for my own research. I just need a simple response. a couple sentences; a paragraph at most for each question.
