When completing the outcome column of a practicum learning journal, do you have any suggestions on how to answer?

When completing the outcome column of a practicum learning journal, do you have any suggestions on how to answer?  I feel like my statements are repetitive.  Not sure if I have been looking at it too long or if it is supposed to be repetitive.
