Consider some of the options many career options offer today:

• Working on site or remotely
• Working in teams or self-directed duties
• On-site daycare or daycare cost allowances
• Health insurance
• Gym memberships
• Discounts for major purchases
• Financing discounts for auto loans

Next, consider other options that would uniquely benefit you:

• Tuition reimbursement for to pursue a graduate degree
• Student Loan payment assistance
• Hiring bonuses

Finally, consider elements of the work environment itself:

• Freedom in decision making
• Upper-level support and recognition for hard work
• An atmosphere of encouragement

In your initial post, create a well-developed paragraph detailing your dream job and what specifics you are looking for in a long-term employment provider from the bullet lists above or create your own key points.
