Select a topic that relates to Cost Analysis & Negotiation Techniques.  You can do research upon an existing program, or you can write about a topic that relates to any of the learning objectives from the course. 

Once you select a topic, you will need to identify your topic and write an outline of your research paper. Write a basic outline of your research topic paper. This outline is the one that will be developed in stages over the next few weeks leading to the final research paper.
