Wizard Kim Appraisal problem focus

This week is LO-4, which is to Define appraisal problems and targets of intervention, plus what issues are seen today in appraisals? 

    Look up one article, not a blog site, on appraisal problems and targets, but from today's perspective.  You can use video sources too. We have a bunch out there.  There is also an attached report discussing evaluations.

   If you have personal experience for this week’s discussion, please do bring that in. If you do and it is documented somewhere that you can share with your colleagues, please drop it here as well for us all to read and enjoy.
