Your manager at BizOps has asked you to design an efficient filing system to manage the

customer complaints, which has become disorganised. The system must include procedures for

easy retrieval, archiving and deleting of dead files. Some customer complaints have been sent

by email and others have been printed from the website and are in hard copy. You will need to

create system that deals with both.

You will be creating a system using BizOps Information management policy and procedures. You

have been asked to make this task a priority and once completed you will need to explain the

procedure to your manager and other work colleagues.

Task instructions:

1. Study BizOps information management procedures and design an appropriate system.

2. Outline your procedures on a separate word document and upload with your

assessment submission.

3. Prepare and explain your filing system in a 5-minute presentation to your assessor

and/or others who represent your manager and work colleagues.

4. Your trainer/assessor will assess your skills and knowledge according to your

documented filing system and your performance according to the checklist criteria

below.
