King is believed to be the reason behind the freedom most of the African-American are enjoying in the American society. King managed to lure people to listen to his speech, “I have a Dream”. He is also remembered for the 1955 Montgomery Bus Boycott in Alabama. His continued struggle led to Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Voting Rights Act of 1965.
A letter dated 31st July 1963 is sent to MLK by Malcolm emphasizing on the need to fight racial discrimination before it ends up into a big explosion. Both of these activists were religious people and they used their religion to create a big impact of independence and struggle in the US. Malcolm invited the use of demonstrations and boycotts both of which were nonviolent accounts a similar thing that is observed by Martin Lither King (Lomax).
