The success of SEAT in the UK market can be noted with the significant increase in the number of seats registered new car sales. As of September 2009, the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders reported that the official statistics of SEAT registered new car sales has reached a total of 5,628 which is a total of 40% increase in the UK market share as compared to the same month last year (Dumitrache, 2009).
As part of this report, a full competitor analysis which includes the market share, competitor’s size, strengths, weaknesses, objectives, and strategies of the actual and potential competitors will be tackled in details.
