Behavioral approach emanated from the challenges of classical period, and entailed to analyze actual behavior rather than emphasizing on the classical one. This approach took into account the individual as a multidisciplinary unit of analysis and set the criteria to be scientifically proven by incorporating a range of perspectives. With the inclusion of decision making models and contingency theories, this approach unlike the classical one was applicable to the public and private sphere of organization theory while ignoring the political environment.
