The first part of this essay provides an exploratory review of literature on Internet Users’ perceptions of online privacy and security risks. The second part of the essay provides an exploratory review of the literature on the measures taken to address Internet users’ perceptions of online privacy and security risks and whether or not those measures can be improved to the satisfaction of Internet users.
