This will facilitate the learning curves of the persons facing challenges with understanding the topic under discussion. In addition, the groups shall also be set in a manner that all the characters and personalities of the trainees are accommodated.
The next step that I shall undertake is to alternate the positions of the trainees in their groups with regard to their roles. This shall ensure that at least each person is exposed to a scenario where he/she can learn the skills required to perform certain duties.
These groups shall be composed of two or more people and they shall be charged with duties i.e. group leader.
