The management of Vandelay has been able to respond positively with the changing environment and have made sure that they are flexible enough to incorporate the changes happening in their industry and provide the customers with the best solution. In order to make sure that it had all the latest processes implemented in its premises, the management decided to revamp the technologies and machines. the production method was changed to lean production and machines were much simpler and cheap.
