Discuss how those styles relate to making decisions as part of a team.  Working or making decisions as a team, the thing to keep in mind is that not all members think the same or have the same ethical learning style, so you have to respect what each individual brings to the team, For example, if you have a team that consists primarily of those whose ethical learning style is Obligation, chances are the decision will be made based on the teams belief that it is their obligation/duty to do something.
