So this needs statement is about that organization and what area needs new or more funding. It is possible you will request funding to further a program they already do or to start a new program. So, since you have My brother Rocks the Spectrum, what is it that they can add on to what they currently do? Or is there a new program they would like to start? Is there a gap in what they offer? This by the way is hypothetical, so if you suggest they add a program but they do not really want to, that is not an issue.
