Write an essay on a topic of your choice (popular topics often include mental health, student loans, or topics related to careers). Use the library's website (or Google scholar) to find at least 3 credible sources about your topic. Cite the sources using APA style formatting. Be sure to cite throughout your essay and at the end. Upload your submission as a document.

Your essay should be 1 page, double-spaced. The library has information on APA style here: APA Style.

Many of the social sciences courses require APA style, so that is why I have chosen that style. I want to make sure you are prepared for future classes.

The purpose of this assignment is primarily to make sure you can conduct research and write a paper with citations.

Remember that you need to include citations throughout your paper as well as a list in alphabetical order at the end.
