Write an initial post of 200-250 words in which you discuss the TED video you watched. How did the topic relate to communication? What did you learn? What questions would you like to have asked the speaker?  Be sure to cite the video in APA style and include a link to it in your post. 

After you submit your initial post, read and respond to at least three of your peers’ postings (or more for excellence).  In your responses to classmates,  Each reply should be at least 100 words in length and should provide a thoughtful response; simple agreement with or support of a classmate’s post does not count as a response.
