1. What is self-regulation and why is it important? Does it promote happiness? If so, how? If not, why not?

3.Then give an example of how you have been (or intend to be) a mature self-regulator.
4. How does self-regulation apply to your self-evaluation of your own writing? (In other words, why do I insist you fill out rubrics for each draft of your papers?)

Describe your learning so far in the course and how the process of prewriting, then going through several drafts your interview project, and evaluating yourself through each draft has helped you improve as a writer.
