Writing Assignment

Using the Internet, newspapers, journals, and magazines, iidentify 5 emergency management incidents where social media was an instrumental tool in response or recovery operations. Write a ½ page summary on each incident, describing how the new technology was employed. The goal here is to find as many different forms of social media as possible.

Paper Submission Requirements:

• Your response should be 3-5 pages in length (double spaced).
• Paper must include a “reference page” not included in the 3-5-page minimum.
