Conduct an Internet search on the terms training evaluation, ROI and training, and evaluation of training trends. Read through a few of the websites, and then consider the different terms and definitions. Reflect on your own experiences related to evaluation as it relates to your previous universities and to your organization.

For this assignment, write a paper that focuses on the trends identified through your Internet research venture. In your paper, choose one trend, and then apply the trend to the evaluation needs for your specific organization, department, work group, or team. Be sure to include the following in your paper:

• Describe the trend and how it applies to your organization.
• Identify the challenges and benefits of the trend.
• Discuss the trend towards measurement and evaluation as it applies to your organization.
• Determine the need for results-based evaluation as it applies to your organization.
• Identify evaluation areas in need of improvement in your organization.
• Provide a rationale for your recommendations.

Support your assignment with at least three scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included. Length: 5-7 pages, not including title and reference pages
