You have been tasked with creating a presentation for the CEO of the hospital to explain why the nursing department needs additional educational funds to assist with nursing burnout, job dissatisfaction, and patient mortality. In your group presentation explain how all of these things are affected by nursing education and why the CEO should allot additional funding towards your initiative.
