Nationally, the teenage unemployment rate is 20.0%. you take a random sample of 350 teenagers in your county and find out that the unemployment rate is 24.0%. is this a significant difference between national and country unemployment rate for this group? Can you demonstrate a need for the program for teenage employment in your area? What would be your HO for one-tailed and HO for two-tailed? Should you use a one-tailed or two tailed test? Explain.  I do not understand statistics or what this is asking, please help
