You are to write a paper that argues against the proposition and then for it. The last section you should state where you stand on it.

 The paper should be between 750 and 1000 words. At least 3-4 pages. 

Essays must contain citations and a properly constructed Reference (or Works Cited) section.  Do not use footnotes; use APA in-text citations.  All papers must be formatted in the APA citation method.  Students will use the American Psychological Association (APA) style for written assignments, as appropriate.  

 You can use outside sources.
