you decide to count the bacteria in a suspension, however, there are too many bacteria per small square. You perform serial dilutions and find that 10^-3 gives 20 cells per small square. How many bacteria were in the broth?
(any info also on how to work this out with a disposable counting chamber (FastRead 102) to observe microscopic motility).
