Among the key areas in South Korea, that are of concern to the head office are the following issues: · Resistance by the sales force to a commission-based compensation plan · Canadian managers who are very vocal and personal in their criticisms of the policies and strategies of the Seoul office · Difficulty in recruiting women There are other problems, but these seem to be the most acute.
