As a HR professional, you will have times that you will have an issue that you must make a decision about that goes against your personal beliefs. There will also be times that you think that the issue is small, but you need to remember that the issue is big for the person that made the complaint. A faculty member at a college is dating a college student and there has been a complaint of unfair grading does it change your answer if they were dating before the student started the class? Does that change your original thought of potential or perception of unfair grading?
