Your paper should be a minimum of three double-spaced pages (1 page for the COE and 2 pages for the question responses) not including the title and reference pages. Begin by preparing of Code of Ethics for a fictional company which should include at minimum ten elements. Once you

have compiled the Code of Ethics, respond to the following questions:

1. Why did you include each of the ten elements?

2. Why is a Code of Ethics an important part of every business from an employer standpoint?

3. Why is a Code of Ethics an important part of every business from an employee standpoint?

4. Once you have written the Code of Ethics, how would you implement to ensure compliance?
