It is expected that a report on the organization will be limited to one page – single-spaced.

Questions to consider and discuss.

1.     Internal and External Analysis. Data is encouraged as part of this section.

2.     What is its competitive advantage?

3.     Identify a key problem or draft a problem statement.

4.     How or should the enterprise differentiate its product or service?

5.     One short-term recommendation (less than two years).

6.     One long-term recommendation (more than five years).
