Your practicum project calls for your team to assess, realize a need, and determine a project that will have a positive impact on the practicum site. This is a form of social responsibility. As a nurse you are assessing a needed change to improve health care outcomes. 

Describe how your team is advocating for the population (staff, nurses, patients, community, etc.) affiliated with your practicum site. What is the plan to make a difference at the site? What is your role in making the change?
