Your submission must be scholarly and written in the APA style of writing. Your group is to choose a company of your choice (e.g. Charles Schwab, Walmart, Target, Ford, etc) as a case. Find and download the company's annual report for the year 2016. You can also seek articles written on the company between 2000 to 2016. You are to do the following:

1. Give a brief history of the organization.
2. Discuss the organizational structure and compare the company's organizational structure with other companies in the same industry.
3. Do an external analysis of the company to understand its opportunities and threats. You must apply concepts learned in class.
4. Do an internal analysis of the company to understand its strengths and weaknesses. You must apply concepts learned in class.
5. Using your analyses of the company, and based on articles written concerning this company, discuss this company's distinctive competencies, competitive advantage, above-average returns, and market share.
6. Give recommendations on how this company will have sustained competitive advantage.
