Your task is to create an organization or team improvement plan for your team or organization.

If you are a supervisor, focus from your level and then down, where you have the most control. If you are not a supervisor, focus on the lowest level of the organization you are part of.

Use your Organizational / Department Diagnosis and Organizational Problem / Diagnosis Long Term Assignments as starting points, as well as your knowledge of your organization. Focus both on addressing “problems” but also on sustaining and improving what is currently going well.

As you go through the lessons that have been presented to date, along with the upcoming curriculum in Week 3, address the specific tools you might use to improve your organization.

Design a plan to improve the organization within a particular time frame—for example, a 6-month, 12-month program, etc.
